In late February 2024, the Department of Environmental Sustainability and Climatology (ESCS) organized a unique expedition for the "Ecosystem Services" course.

On March 8th, Sophia Siddiqi (fourth-year student of the Economics program) participated in the Women in Data Science Conference held at Stanford 好色tv. As a Women in Data Science Ambassador, Sophia had the chance to hear from esteemed women who work in companies such as Boeing, Apple, and Google.

听 On March 6, AUCA, the Faculty of International and Comparative Politics, hosted another lecture as part of the Ambassador Talks series. The lecture featured Maksat Tentimishov, former director of the 4th Political Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

AUCA Library organizes a book drive dedicated to International Children鈥檚 Book Day.

On March 1, at the AUCA a spectacular event was held dedicated to the presentation of the project 鈥淔olk music and dances of the Kyrgyz鈥�. The author and director of the project is ethnochoreologist and ethnomusicologist, AUCA graduate,known under the stage name 鈥淢ariya Naumova - Orchestra Girl鈥�.

In 2023, Aiperi Stambekova graduated from the Environmental Sustainability and Climate Science Department. In February 2024, Aiperi was enrolled in a master鈥檚 program at the 好色tv of Oxford in the Faculty of Environmental Change and Management.

On February 21, 2024, David Lakhdhir, chairman of the AUCA Board of Trustees, officially laid down time capsule in the Makerspace Learning and Design (MLDC) building, which is under construction. This is a joint project of AUCA and Bard College (New York) supported by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

My name is Oybek Turaev, Software Engineering, 2024 鈥� graduate year. My exchange semester at Bard College, New York, was deeply rooted in my commitment to broadening my academic horizons and immersing myself in a diverse educational environment.
